REFUND POLICY

Not Real Live subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel your subscription from inside the desktop app.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless required by law or Paddle's buyer policies, cancellation does not create a refund for the current billing period, and access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

Top-up credits are one-time digital purchases used for Not Real Live AI features.

Unless required by law or Paddle's buyer policies, top-up credit purchases are final and are not refundable after purchase.

Accounts banned or terminated for abuse, fraud, illegal content, attempts to bypass billing or usage limits, chargeback abuse, account sharing, attacks on the service, or serious Terms violations are not entitled to refunds, credits, compensation, or restoration of unused balances to the maximum extent allowed by law and Paddle's buyer policies.

Paddle is our merchant of record and may handle payment support, taxes, receipts, disputes, and refund requests according to Paddle's buyer policies and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
