REFUND POLICY

Not Real Live subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel your subscription from inside the desktop app.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless required by law or Dodo Payments' policies, cancellation does not create a refund for the current billing period, and access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

The Starter Pass is a one-time digital purchase that provides 375 credits and access for 30 days from activation. It does not renew and is limited to one purchase per account.

Unused Starter Pass credits expire with the pass and do not convert into subscription or top-up credits. Unless required by law or Dodo Payments' policies, Starter Pass purchases are final and are not refundable after purchase.

Top-up credits are one-time digital purchases used for Not Real Live AI features.

Accounts banned or terminated for abuse, fraud, illegal content, attempts to bypass billing or usage limits, chargeback abuse, account sharing, attacks on the service, or serious Terms violations are not entitled to refunds, credits, compensation, or restoration of unused balances to the maximum extent allowed by law and Dodo Payments' policies.

Dodo Payments is our merchant of record and may handle payment support, taxes, receipts, disputes, and refund requests according to its policies and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
